We are specialists in the use of both clay and composite tiles for roof repair and replacement.

We use only Grade A materials with either British Standards or British Board of Agrement certification.

Tiles are available in either concrete composite or fired clay.

If you are swapping your roof from a slate roof to a tiled roof be aware that tiles are heavier than slate. Man-made tiles are more economical to purchase than slates so changing from slate to tile is a common practice. Both Marley and Redland make tiles with tapered edges so that the finished re-roof looks exactly like a slate roof. We will check your existing roof structure to ensure that it will take the extra loading and, if necessary, add additional support.
